Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Clipper ("the Service") is a personal cross-posting tool that lets its operator compose or import a post in one place and publish it to social media accounts the operator has authorized. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use it

The Service is operated by its owner for their own social accounts. It is not a public multi-tenant product. You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

2. Account authorization

The Service posts content only to accounts you connect via each platform's official OAuth flow. You grant access explicitly and may revoke it at any time from the relevant platform's settings. The Service does not use your credentials for any purpose other than publishing the posts you approve.

3. Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the posts you choose to publish and for holding the rights or permissions needed to publish them. The Service publishes only the content you provide and approve; you must ensure your use complies with each destination platform's terms and applicable law.

4. Platform compliance

Publishing happens through the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and similar platforms, and is subject to those platforms' own terms, rate limits and review policies. The Service does not attempt to bypass, automate against, or evade any platform's rules.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed or delayed publishing.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always at this URL.
